Payback Showdown is an action game with some role play where players train their characters and turn them into real masters of the martial arts. Besides being the strongest, your goal is to seek vengeance for the criminal gang that destroyed your family.

Payback Showdown’s gameplay is automatic. This means that during combat, you can’t do anything but watch the events unfold. That said, everything that happens depends on your character’s features, as well as the abilities that you choose for them. You can choose from more than a hundred abilities and techniques that you can also level up. So, even though you can’t fight directly, you can plan for combat.

When you aren’t fighting, you work on training. If you want your character to be the best martial artist in the world, training is essential. You can take part in more than a half dozen minigames that allow you to enhance your features and learn new special techniques. You can also automate these processes to speed up your training.
